If your order tracking shows that your order was delivered, please check with neighbors, apartment office, mailroom, etc for a possible delivery to the incorrect location. If you still haven't located your order, we ask that you please wait - there are times that tracking can also show delivered but the package ultimately doesn't get dropped off until the next day.
