All Nocs Provisions items come with a 30-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy from the date of receipt.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in like-new condition, free of scuffs or marks.
- Items must be returned in their original Nocs packaging.
If your order meets these conditions, you can initiate a return hassle-free.
Extended Holiday Return Window - any orders placed between Nov 15th and Dec 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
US Returns:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (We'll cover the shipping fees).
International Returns:
Unfortunately, a shipping label will not be provided at this time. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility at their own expense for orders outside of the United States. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking so you can monitor your return in case of delays.
Once you've sent back the items, please email us the carrier information and tracking number so we can also track your return. We will process your refund once we receive the items.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if your refund is approved. Please allow 10-12 business days for your return to be processed.
If your refund is approved, the amount (excluding shipping fees) will be automatically issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges:
We do not facilitate direct exchanges. However, you can follow our return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund. You may choose to place a new order immediately or wait for the refund to be processed before placing a new order.
